Im glad to let everyone know we have managed to repair our spincaster. It was indeed the solenoid that needed to be replaced and the machine is working brilliantly. The techy has also made some adjustments and the machine is as balanced as it could ever be.

As such, i'll be casting hard to catch up on everyone's outstanding orders and moving forward with requests.
